Hi, I’m Monica Brooke McCafferty, owner of Monica Brooke LLC, hairstylist, extension specialist, FermaGlo Franchise Owner, and co-founder of The Crown Lounge & Beard Revival.

With over 17 years behind the chair, I specialize in custom color, highlighting, babylights, balayage, precision cutting, and luxury hair extensions. My passion has always been helping people look and feel their best through personalized services, education, and exceptional care.

As my career evolved, so did my passion for scalp health, wellness, and holistic beauty. This led to the creation of The Crown Lounge & Beard Revival, a luxury head spa and grooming experience designed to promote relaxation, scalp wellness, healthy hair growth, and self-care for both men and women. Our services combine advanced scalp treatments with wellness-focused therapies, creating a restorative experience that nurtures both the body and mind.

My journey into clean beauty began as a mother searching for healthier options for my family. As a woman and proud mom of four beautiful children, I understand how important it is to be mindful of what we put on and around our bodies. That passion eventually led me to FermaGlo, where I serve not only as a Franchise Owner, but also as a member of the Stylist Advisory Board and Education Team. In these roles, I help educate beauty professionals across the country on scalp health, fermented hair care technology, client retention, and building successful  businesses.

Through FermaGlo, I help clients and fellow beauty lovers discover the power of fermented, non-toxic hair care. By focusing on scalp health as the foundation of beautiful hair, I educate others on how clean, science-backed products can support stronger, healthier hair and long-term results.

At the heart of everything I do is connection. I love building relationships, educating my clients, mentoring others, and helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered. When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my biggest supporter Craig and our four children, making memories and enjoying the life we've built together.
